This company used to be great, now it is one of the worst I've dealt with. Their write up on products is inaccurate, their chat conversations...which I'm on at the moment has been 20 minutes and they've done nothing for me. They ask the same question more than once because they can't scroll back over the conversation. I was to get a refund due to this incorrect product description and they only sent through a part of that. Their service used to be great when things like this happened, but this time when I received these incorrect products and had to return them I was told it first had to be investigated, then the vet will tell me if the product is still okay...I told them I believe the product label and not the vet. They then told me to post it back and on receiving it they'll give me a refund. All I wanted was their apology, an immediate credit for their mistake so I could put another order in for the correct food. I could understand if they didn't know me but I have spent $1000s in their online shop for years...not anymore, I've moved over to Swaggle who happen to be much cheaper.
