Pet circle products and food are good quality. My problem is with the delivery. The offer next day delivery but there is always an excuse why this can't be done. Get your act together pet circle and hire more couriers and warehouse staff. Since you are an online only for purchases, it makes getting your order very hard when you need it.
Calling for help is useless as the staff just repeat the same thing over and over again, like an automated response. It's very stressful dealing with them.
