We have used Pet Circle for a few years for our3 cats food and other supplies. On 1 July I put in an order (that would normally arrive within 1-2 days, even weekends) and 6 days later I was still waiting, the app hadn't updated with the order status. When I contacted them via their crappy chat site, I was told they were 'upgrading' their warehouse and they weren't sure where my order was. They tried to blame the courier company ANC but when I drilled down, Pet Circle had no idea where it was. It is now 10 July and they tell me it will take another 5 days for delivery of $150 worth of food. In the meantime, I am having to buy retail and all their poor contact centre staff can do is keep apologising. All they needed to do is update loyal customers on what was happening. I am now looking for a new provider if anyone can suggest one and when I asked to cancel the order, that will also take 3-5 business days. They should be careful and learn a lesson from Booktopia who tried to grow too quickly and are now in liquidation
