Missing items from order and no follow up customer service. I ordered 2x boxes 42 units of cat food over $80 in total. When it arrive it was only 12 units open and flaying around in the box damaged and the majority of the order missing. When i notified of the problem no assistance, i followed up for the second time and they said they can provide 1x of the boxes ordered and refund as they don't ship part boxes (except the units they shipped individually). I used the chat box and asked to speak to someone in person and was told that was not possible. I ended up paying a much higher unit rate to get what I ordered which was then over a week late. Never a follow up to say sorry or rectify issues, just stupid emails asking me to send photos of my pets..
