Got two email renewals for my dogs the day before ht renewal date, stating the new policies were attached, which they weren't. I emailed, then I phoned and after waiting on hold for ages got the hang up message saying they were too busy to answer the call! I have tried the online chat.... but no-one seems to be there!!
Im guessing this is how you get to auto-renew your policies??
Im sure there must be something in legislation that you cannot auto renew without giving a cost let alone giving a reasonable period to stop the renewal?
