1 Star is too much for Company like Pet Circle. There is no customer service at ALL!!! My order was undelivered and returned to warehouse after 7 days of waiting, apparently driver didn't have enough time for delivery. Then, I have contacted Pet Circle via live chat, to get help and the conversation went that they can not help and they have to place new order and whole process to go again. I did that, after receiving the email with my new order and estimated delivery, of course nothing happened and I had to contact them again, with no explanation, no courtesy oh that they care about your pets, what a big lie, so I am still waiting on my order who know when I will get it, and that I lost 10 days and my dog is waiting, it is not their concern. I strongly do not recommend using this company again to anyone. LM
