Horrid! I was a loyal customer of Pet Circle for yearssss but my last few orders have been terrible experiences, largely owing to their delivery drivers. Most recently, the courier rocked up to my apartment block, then didn't even bother to leave my order. They took a photo of my block, sent it to Pet Circle citing "wrong delivery address" then marked my order 'delivered'. I had to speak to the online chat, who were less than helpful. They could only advise that they would try to rebook but this would be an additional 1-3 days. Will I ever receive my order? Unlikely.
