In a world of 2-hour delivery, Amazon-style timeframes, parcel lockers, and support for local business, these guys seem to have trouble competing. I don't envisage Pet Circle seeing out too many more years. They're simply hopeless at meeting customers' expectations outside of Sydney. Their customer address system falters, their customer service is slow, and they take no care in solving problems.
This is the second time they've attempted to deliver to a business at 7am, with an incorrect address (also sending me a text letting me know that the items HAVE been delivered). Upon investigation, the order is still with the couriers, who found they couldn't find someone to receive the package so early. Genius.
