Long term customer here but no longer. I don't know what has happened to this company but I have wasted so much time chasing lost orders, forgotten orders that sat in processing and waiting for a response from customer service that seems to have not even read my email properly, and when I do get a response, it is from someone different every time. I am guessing they have outsourced to an overseas centre. Chat is never responded to. I have been waiting 2 days for a chat response. They really don't care about their customers anymore. Overnight delivery is a false claim and it is impossible to cancel an order despite what they say. It is sad to see a local small business go down through poor management. Hopefully my order will finally be delivered and we can conclude our dealings forever.
