Customer service has been brilliant so far! I rang and spoke to Danny about a surprise ring gift for my husband but didn’t know the size needed. As this is a specific type of ring, their stores do not carry a full range of sizes so rings need to be specially made. As this was time-sensitive, Danny organised to send out the available stock ring - gift wrapped - on the same day along with aluminium rings in various sizes so we could decide on which was most suitable fit. Returns for exchange very easy. QR code sent via email and new ring ordered immediately. Cannot fault the level of service and indeed the quality and price of the product. Would highly recommend these jewellers.
