Excellent customer service experience! I bought a Tag Heuer watch for my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary from the online store, the price was excellent and shipping super quick, unfortunately when the watch came it had a couple of small marks. I emailed the customer service department and literally within minutes Danny called me back, apologised for what had happened and arranged a brand new watch to be delivered (ordered from Tag) and collection of the one I had received. Honestly I can not fault the service I have received, within a few days we had the brand new watch and it’s perfect.
