I am so pleased with my purchase and the customer service received from Petworld! I placed an order of multiple items to make a donation to the dogs shelter we got our dog from. This was an in memory donation so I needed it by a certain date. Eva went above and beyond to make sure the order arrives on time. I cannot thank her enough. The items are lovely too and were very well packed. I will surely buy from Petworld again in the future.
