This was my first order with petworld and my order was delt with sufficiently. I got confirmation email and tracking. My brother has been ordering dog food and accessories from them for years and recommended them to me. I will definitely order again next month. I has a small issue with delivery to wrong address but that was delivery company not paperwork’s as my details on package were correct and clear.
