I bought a possum hutch expecting diy assembly would be required. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly the hutch arrived and it was fully assembled. All I had to do was mount it in position. The possum that was living in the chimney only took a couple of days to move into the hutch after I secured the chimney ie at 9pm after it left for his nocturnal activities. Only thing I’d change would be to add a slight pitch of around 4-5deg on the top lid for drainage during rain events. (I actually tinkered a bit with the hutch to create a slope on the roof.) . A little disappointing. 😳
