I'd been searching for a pillow that stayed cool all night so, I tried your company hoping to find the solution. However, your customer service person suggested a pillow that would solve my problem. I took it at his word BUT although the pillow has a cold surface initially BUT after using it for a around 10 to 15 minutes it gets hot as do other 'cool' pillows so that was a waste of money for a highly over priced pillow !! I also took up the special offe of a 'lavender' pillow - that was as useful as a chocolate fire guard !! Then to cap it all the delivery driver left the pillows outside my front door and not in a safe place I wanted !!
