I tried the 'Dunlopillo Super Comfort Latex Pillow' for 3 nights, it was hard and most uncomfortable, causing my neck to ache. I called customer service for support but I got none. Tried to buy the other pillow 'Dunlopillo Serenity Deluxe Latex Pillow' hoping to get the 'buying 2 pillows discount' which they are offering, but they refused saying I have to order the two at the same time. Considering there are only 5 days in between, I did not agree with their excuse. I am not happy with this purchase as I ended up with an expensive pillow that I cannot use.
