At £16 per pillow I'm disappointed by my 'Hotel Quality Luxury pillows'. They go to almost totally flat when you put your head on them. I've had to use an extra pillow underneath which is what I was trying to get away from. I've sent a photograph to Pillow World but have yet to receive a response.
