Very happy with both the product and the service! We were looking for heat resistant labels to be used in our grab and go warmer. When I contacted Pinnacle, the rep I spoke with was very helpful and even sent us a free roll to test! Labels purchased elsewhere turned black when exposed to heat. The labels received from Pinnacle are very clear, and work on both hot and cold items! We've found a new supplier!
