Some initial mix-up with communication due to the referral to Pinnacle not Pinnacle themselves. Once contacted the communication was very good, clear and concise. The survey went ahead as scheduled and the report was received quickly and was clear and comprehensive. The followup call was very useful and it was nice to speak to the actual surveyor. Overall a very good service.
