Appointed at short notice following illness of a surveyor at originally appointed supplier. Passed on my last-minute email requests to the surveyor so they could investigate on the day of the survey and these were answered by email not long after the survey. Survey report was returned by email within a few days of the survey along with a courtesey call from the surveyor, explaining when they would be available to discuss any queries about the content. Report was well written and helped to describe any potential issues and the likely impact of them. Had a thorough and helpful discussion with the surveyor a week later to clarify a few points and suggest solutions. The surveyor was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Thank you.
