Pinnacle offered fantastic service for our recent Level 2 Help to Buy repayment survey. The customer service team were very friendly & accommodating. We had a surveyor visit within a week of first contact & received a one hour visit time slot the night before. Our surveyor visited at 9.30am and we received the completed report the same day. Thank you Pinnacle we wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again & have already recommended you to others.
