I was apprehensive at first about using the online service but it made looking for a surveyor very easy for a layman like myself. After filling out a simple form paying the money I straight away got a call from a chap who instantly put my mind at rest by stating all the surveyors they use are use to properties in my area. A few days later I got a call from pinnacle she was very pleasant she took details and told me they would do everything with regard to liaising with the estate agent to make an appointment date. I got an email explaining when the visit would be, 2 days later I received a detailed report about the property which helped me make my mind up about the property followed up by a phonecall from the actual surveyor to see if I had any questions about the report. So In a nutshell the whole process was flawless and I would not hesitate to use pinnacle again.
