Pinnacle provided an excellent service at a very agreeable price. As a first-time buyer I was pretty unsure about what type of survey I'd need and wasn't too sure about the process. The chap I spoke to in the support team was great - really honest and helped me understand what to expect.
The surveyor (Simon) was also excellent. Gave me a call a few days after sending over the report and talked through everything with me, expanding on his recommendations. Again, really nice guy and hugely helpful in putting my mind at ease.
Really do recommend them.
