I can't say enough positives about this company. From their products, support, 24/7 help files and the ease of use of the parent Dashboard, all amazing! Without this company, I still would not feel comfortable letting my middle-schooler have a cell phone. He can now feel empowered to call our text us in an emergency and connect with approved friends and we as parents have peace of mind that we can know what is going on. Their needs to be more good like this in the world. Only dislike is the that I cannot remove the Google Photos application or at least hide the icon, but this is not Pinwheel, its Google due to the Android cell phone platform, even on the rugged phone. Again, this is not within their control and have shared my comment/concern with applicable parties.
