The pinwheel service is wonderful and accomplishes everything it claims. I feel better knowing that my children are safer. But, ignoring the phones and VPN and apps (you know, everything that you paid for) The level of customer support is simply amazing. Nothing in technology is without issue and all tech companies really come down to one thing "Do they stand behind their product?" When something goes sideways, will they fix it? When your Adobe products stop working, they try to sell you the next, more expensive program. When your laptop audio stops, does Lenovo work with you to fix it, or direct you to google for your answer? Pinwheel works with you until your issue is resolved. They even call back if the call drops. It has been decades since I had a company try to make it right. What a breath of fresh air. Shout out to Julia O. who helped me get an app that hung during installation to behave itself and just work.
