This phone has fixed so many of the flaws I found with other parental control solutions. It has made our lives so much easier to be able to schedule what apps/who can be texted at what time. It is allowing my child to focus better while at school. I had some learning curve issues switching from an iPhone to an Android, but customer service has been great and I’ve been able to get everything up and running. They respond quickly and thoroughly and make sure your issue is resolved. My child also likes that it is a real phone and doesn’t look like a child safe phone. It allows us to discreetly monitor a teenager without everyone at school having to know that she needs controls. For a kid with ADHD, having this option has been invaluable.
