Rizza F was efficient and very helpful in purchasing a 2nd phone to add to our family. This was not an option online (purchasing a phone to add to an already existing plan to make it a family plan). Would recommend adding this as an option on online checkout so don't have to go through customer service to accomplish this. But Rizza F was great and made this very easy. Waiting on confirmation email, but seems that was complete the way I needed it order based on communication with her.
