I continue to wait for my money over three weeks of a refund because of bad communication due to a language barrier, as they also admitted, this was a miscommunication, have promised me every time I talk to them, it will be 24 to 48 hours, again Almost 3 weeks later, still, no money, I’ve got no comment from Michael Dee anymore, Eddie had a finance asked me to take the comment off. I had posted earlier about my dissatisfaction with my service. my landlord doesn’t care about a protocol or a miscommunication. Obviously they don’t either. Warning just say no.
