I have been a customer of PlanetHippo since 2016. They have a mixed reputation but as far as I'm concerned they provide a good service at a good price. I used to host a few small company websites and the server availability was good. Support has got much better over the years. Some of their comms/announcements come out in broken english, someone should proof read these. Overall I recommend.
