We purchased our 2 tickets almost 2 months prior to the concert and when we got the tickets today the assign seats are not together. I tried to contact them and hoped they will fix the Problem but Mr. Ahmed kept only saying that their policy doesn't guarantee the seats to be together and we will be seated to the best availability. Imagine you want to go to a concert with your partner and now you guys sit apart from each other or your kids......
