They do not provide customer service neither on their support chat, whatsapp number, email and nor does their hotline work. It is unfortunate that they almost have a monopoly for UAE concerts and show ticket purchases as we end up with no choice but to give in to their inefficient response levels. They never helped me something so basic such as forget password for my account. Absolutely disappointing service.
