I have a portfolio with diversification across countries, currency, broker firms and liquid / locked in retirement funds. I was managing all the positions, loss/gain, etc on spreadsheet, which was a tedious work and computing the progress across months or quarters was cumbersome. Tracking it with Indices was not possible at all. I tried several offline (Apple Store) and online portfolio management tools to check if my investements in Unit Trusts/Mutual Funds in India, Singapore and ETFs in the UK/US markets can all be at one place and give me a view in the invested currency as well as in a base currency. Not only did Portseido meet all the unique requirements, but I found their support extremely fast & comprehensive, when I could not find my fund's ticker or currency options. Besides the excellent support, features such as what if not invested, Goal Tracker, Trade Analysis, portfolio mix, etc gives a lot of insights in making adjustments/modifications to my investments. The 4 options for adding transations through the web interface, Google Sheets, CSV/XML from certain Broker Firms and Portseido's template make it convenient for most individual investors to upload their transactions to the tool. A few additional features that I would like to have are Portfolio Grouping (retirement, semi-liquid tax saving, wealth creation, etc), showing Portfolio Value in 2 or 3 currencies at the Home Dashboard, ability to see Fund Name also instead of only the tickers, ability to add transactions from the Home Page of each portfolio, etc would make the Portseido more compelling and significantly widening the gap from other competing online portfolio management tools.
