Portt provided our bookkeeping, payroll and management accounting service, and operated so responsively that it didn’t feel like an outsource at all. We’re a voluntary sector organisation with limited resource, which made responsivity, and accuracy, all the more important. They were good value too. We also got lots of practical input when it came to keeping things compliant, whilst at the same time keeping them as simple and as manageable as possible, and got plenty of insight into future changes in regulation etc too. They always went the extra mile in making sure we got what we needed, often suggesting things before we’d thought of them ourselves, and that experience was the same regardless of which members of the team we dealt with.
