These people are scammers they have had my book for 12 months the representative Zack Smith says it be completed by next week every week I have talked to him. Talked to several top people here and they say oh it'll be done soon. They stole me money 8 months on the representative Zack Smith said we need 300 more dollars we have to buy the BSn and Ian bar code from Amazon they just started it 2 weeks before he told me. I have 10 more books wrote ready to be published would have used them but they won't even publish 1 book much less 10 books all I won't is my money back. I'll use another company for the other books. I have messaged the representative Zack Smith for the last 4 months and he refuses to answer because I told them I wasn't giving them any more money. Like I said all I want is my money and book back. Don't make the same mistake I did by using these people no wonder they keep asking for money because they can't publish books and nobody uses them for there bad name.
