Avoid! They are cheap for a reason. The worst customer service. My purchase was lost in transit and they stated that I should arrange delivery with the courier denying all responsibility and refused to provide refund. It is legally the merchant's responsibility to make sure I receive the item and make a claim through the courier. I had to raise a dispute through my bank to get the money refunded. If one has to involve the bank to get a refund then Pricelulu are completely useless. Spend a little extra and go for well known merchants. Also note that they are using a proxy address in London to make them seem legit. They do not actually have an office instead they are paying for the address only for mail orders. No office number, only mobile number and they don't respond to calls or messages.
