DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I brought a pair of Sony headphones and they are faulty and they will not charge. I've been asking them for a returns address for a week for a refund. I first waited in uncertainty for four days for a response and then 24 hours for each email. They will avoid giving you the returns address by advising you to contact Sony. I contacted Sony and done all the trouble shooting and still couldn't get my headphones to charge. I explained this to Pricelulu and asked for the returns address. There response was to try another plug socket. I now have to dispute this matter with my bank.
