Mit dem Collagen bin ich zufrieden, auch mit der Lieferung. Nicht so mit der Kommunikation.
Seit Anfang 2024 erhält man keine Rechnung mehr mit der Auftragsbestätigung. Angeblich verschickt Klarna die Rechnung automatisch. Ist aber nicht so. Und die Antworten, die ich von Primal State bekomme, wirken auf mich wie von einem Chatbot.
