Quick shipping and working well. The only issues I had is there were no installation instructions in the box and the backing plate did not match the picture online. The online picture implied you could unlock and move your unit. This is not the case. On the plus side, when I called for installation information, a real person quickly answered the phone and was able to provide guidance. He also offered to send a link to a you tube video which I then did not need.
