These guys do customer service right! I ordered a level two charger and I forgot to check to see what kind of outlet I had and ordered the wrong one. I contacted Primecom and they put an adapter in the mail before I could get theirs to the post office to mail it back. I made the mistake and they made it right and didn’t charge me a penny. Thanks so much for your help!
