Primecon was great. They checked my order to ensure that I had the right plug type (I didn't) and reached out to me to make sure I got the right one--then they expedited shipping to account for the delay due to my mistake. Great service! The charter itself is excellent -- long, durable, and most importantly, it seems to charge the car well.
