I'm not one to normally provide reviews: I called Primcom directly as one of the reviews in Amazon gave a very good comment. I don't know much about electricity and wasn't sure what I needed but David patiently walked me through and explained thoroughly what I needed based on the home outlet pics he asked from me to confirm which charger I needed. I received my charger the next day and flawlessly worked on the new Tesla I purchased. Had a question 2 days after and again, David was quick to answer and assured me I had the right product from Primecom. Will highly recommend it to others!!!
