The ordering & delivery process was excellent. THe quality of the packaging was very good & I recieved exactly what I ordered in a very short time frame. I cannot comment on the performance yet as I am still waiting for the electrian to install the 240V circuit for use with the Primecom Tech charger but I will comment on this once it has been installed & is opperational for a few weeks.
