Happy customer. Delivery was quick. Website ordering process made it easy to customize the amperage, plug type and cord length for my needs. I got enough cord to plug it into my dryer outlet in the laundry room to charge the car in the garage across the hall. Product saved me thousands of dollars, because installation of a dedicated Level 2 charger in my garage would have required a panel upgrade. The charger is easy to use, and user manual is clearly written.
