I bought a Primecom.tech Level 2 adjustable (up to 32 AMP), 220V charger cable for our RAV4 Prime, since the dealer only provides a 120V charger cable. Full battery charge time went from 12 hours down to 2.5 hr. The Primecom cable has worked great for the 3 weeks we've had it. I spoke with David on the phone, who was very helpful and informative, which helped with my purchase decision -- including knowing that competent tech support was available. 5-star product and experience.
