nothing wrong with the charging station. i like it alot and no problems. looks good. the reason i gave it a 1 star is that I paid extra $50 for 5 extra feet. ordered a 30 ft cord but only 25 ft came. I know this because it looked kinda short to be 30 feet so I measured and sure enough, only 25 feet. Emailed and called them on june 24th. Person said i would be taken card of. No one responded to my email and didnt see any credit on my charge card. On June 30th, i sent a follow up email on my credit that i should receive. This is July 4th and i still haven't gotten a email or credit show up on my card. Until then, it stays at 1 star. UPDATE 7/22/22. Finally, after 3 emails and 2 phone calls, ive finally received my credit of $50 for the wrong length of cord sent. They said they apologized and explain that this person was on leave or vacation or what and they changed warehouses. I told David that i understand but as a customer i would at least like some kind of response to my emails letting me know of any situation that will cause a delay for my refund. But i am a happy customer now. I will promote this company should my friends ask about L2 chargers. I enjoy and have no problems with this charger since i received and installed it-maybe about a month usage. So far excellent. So because i finally got my refund and the product is great, i changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.
