When I purchased my car in 2018 I had a sales rep argue with me about the cleanliness of the car I was planning to purchase. I assumed cars were usually cleaned very well prior to purchase but much to my dismay this was not the case. I did end up with a vehicle at a decent price that fit all of my other requirements (again, besides being clean - but nothing a little vacuuming can't fix). Fast forward two years. I had an absolutely nauseating experience with service manager Stacey. I had brought my vehicle in for service on 9/1. What services were done? ... I'm not really sure. Did not receive a bill for service. I was dropped off to pick up my vehicle and waited around for a very long time before finally finding a gentleman sitting in a chair on his phone. He was able to find my keys, told me I did not have a bill (I bought a prepaid service package so this didn't seem odd) and sent me off. Two weeks later I received a nasty threatening phone call from service manager Stacey. She said she would call the police if I did not pay my bill. I explained the whole situation to her and she did not listen. In fact she mostly spoke over me and with a rude tone and continued to make threats. I finally asked can I please just give you my card number so we can be done with this? and I did just that. Unfortunately this has entirely tarnished my opinion of this establishment. Prior to today Stacey had been quite pleasant to work with. Maybe a bad day for her. But definitely bad service. Hoping to spare all of my friends and family this terrible experience by sending them elsewhere!
