The ring is beautiful - exactly what I wanted. There is always a risk buying amethysts online that the colour won't be as pictured but they are a good colour. Time will tell about the ring's durability. As to the service, that was excellent. I could use Amazon Pay which gave me confidence that I would have recourse if needed, having never used or even heard of the company before. I ordered on a Sunday and the ring was delivered, signed for Royal Mail, before lunchtime on Tuesday, fully tracked which was great. It was securely packaged and presented in a substantial box, then in a drawstring bag, so had it been a gift, it could have been given as is - no flimsy cardboard boxes or plastic bags. A very positive experience and I will certainly use them again.
