Have absolutely no complaints about the reasons and the product I ordered from Prime. It arrived promptly, well packaged and made the wife very happy. However, on ordering, there was mention of a free necklace and earrings. They failed to arrive. All in all an excellent service but may advise to not advertise free products if they are not forthcoming. Many thanks
