I was very skeptical in ordering this product because I had spent hundreds of dollars on all the promises of odor stopping products. But Pristine actually works for more than 5 minutes! It has been 3 weeks since I cleaned the carpet with it and still NO odor of urine!!! I am amazed and pleased and I believe a customer for life. I have 4 chihuahuas who are forever using this one bedroom as their personal potty but since Pristine, not so much.
Thank you for actually having a product that does what you promised.
