Support takes forever to reply and has limited knowledge with regards to troubleshooting cheats that are not working and out of the Setup guide that is already provided on the website. Kept repeating that I do the step-by-step on how to set up the cheat (Which I did multiple times). I also provided necessary screenshots that they requested from me. Support also accessed my computer via Team Viewer and found no issues, and went back on insisting that I do the steps in the guide. This is not the support I expected given the price of the cheats which is quite expensive. They are courteous tho. ****My Issue hasn't been dealt with**** I wasn't able to use the cheat that I purchased.
